If you're having issues with the app, please always check if you have a good and stable internet connection. If the connection isn't the issue, please check if you can find a solution using the following steps:
- Update to the latest version of the app
- Check if you have the latest version of your smartphone’s operating system (iOS or Android) installed
- Log out of the Zenjob app and reinstall it on your device
Often, this will already solve the problem.
Additionally, you can try clearing the cache of the Zenjob app and restarting your phone afterward.
Clear app cache on Android smartphones:
Settings → Apps → Zenjob App → Storage → Clear cache
Clear app cache on iPhones:
Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Offload Zenjob App
