In general, you should always stick to your contractually agreed weekly hours. If you or the company would like to reduce or increase the number of hours, please contact Zenjob first.
If you have worked less than your expected weekly hours, you must declare the missing hours using the "justify deviation" button in order to be able to finish the week.
Several reasons can be added, but only one at a time and only until the expected hours are reached.
First select a reason from the drop-down menu. Three reasons are available here:
- “I was actively ready to work, but was no longer employed by the customer. (customer request)”
- adding comment is optional
- “After consultation with the customer, I worked less for personal reasons. (own request)”
- adding comment is optional
- “Sick, Vacation or Bank Holiday”
- adding comment is mandatory
After you have selected a reason, you must next enter the time frame that covers the duration of the selected reason:
E.g. You had an 8-hour shift and were sent home 2 hours early at the request of the company.
First, select the reason "I was actively ready to work, but was no longer employed by the customer. (customer request)” and then enter 6 hours in the selection field for hours.
Now you can submit the deviation and add another one if required.
