By ending a week, you signal Zenjob that all shift times and/or reasons for deviating hours have been submitted.
As soon as you select "finish week", a confirmation pop-up will appear showing you a summary of the hours you have worked.
Once the week has ended, you can no longer make any changes to the shifts you have entered. You can also no longer add new shifts. If you want to make changes please contact our support team.
Important!
Make sure every week that all times are entered correctly with any deviations.
If you do not complete a calendar week yourself, our system will automatically close the current week every following Monday at 12:00 noon.
If the expected weekly hours have been reached, either with hours worked and/or with sufficient justification for deviations, then there are consequences and you are fine.
Otherwise, please contact our support immediately and submit missing hours directly in person.
