Under My Documents in the Zenjob app, you can currently upload your certificate of enrollment from your college or university and your working permit. Approximately one month before the validity of the previous proof expires, this function will be activated.
Please note that we can only accept certificates of enrollment in German or English.
The working permit needs to be uploaded in a single file containing all pages of your papers including "Zusatzblatt".
By clicking on the requested document, you will be directed to the upload process and can select and upload the image from your smartphone's gallery.
- Upload of your certificate of enrolment: Profile → My documents → Required → Certificate of enrolment→ Upload
- Upload of your working permit: Profile → My documents → Required→ Working permit → Upload
Once you've uploaded your documents, our team will review them to make sure everything is in order. This usually takes a few days, but we'll let you know as soon as we've finished reviewing them.
If everything looks good, you'll be able to start applying for jobs right away! If there are any issues with your documents, we'll let you know what needs to be fixed and give you some guidance on how to do it.
