In order not to risk any deductions, it is therefore important that you contact your caseworker before you start working as a working student.
Ideally, you should clarify whether the maximum monthly amount can be exceeded in individual months as long as the total annual amount is not exceeded.
However, only your BAföG office can provide definitive information on this.
