Further employment in addition to Zenjob is generally possible.
Employment such as mini-job, working student job, internship or tutoring are all no problem.
Please consider further requirements for employment at Zenjob: Do I need any special requirements if I want to work at Zenjob?
Additional short-term employment
In general, it is your duty to pay attention to the number of working days and to inform Zenjob about another short-term employment, so that you do not exceed the allowed 70 working days of short-term employment.
Tax class
At Zenjob you are employed in a short-term employment and not what is typically known as a "Minijob", where one can earn a maximum of 603€ a month.

To work in any time of employment it is necessary to choose a class tax. In Germany, it's not possible to choose tax class 1 by two employers at the same time. Normally it makes sense to choose tax class 1 with the employer where you receive more income.

If you are unsure by which tax class you are at Zenjob, please have a look at your last payslip. You can find these in the app after your remaining wages have been paid on the 15th of the following month by going to: Profile → My employment overview → Wage
If you want to adjust your tax class, you can do so independently in the app under Profile → Edit personal details → Tax class.
Health insurance
If you have another job besides Zenjob, the 20h-rule might be relevant for you. As a student who is self-insured, you are only allowed to work a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester.

To be on the safe side in this matter, we recommend that you ask your health insurance company, as they individually determine such regulations and can best tell you how often you can work and how much you can earn.
