If you have received less money than you have already calculated, please check the following first:
Partial payment:
If your partial payment is less than 50% of the gross wages that were shown in the app, in rare cases this is due to the fact that different working hours were specified by the partner company.
Please note that overtime and bonuses are usually only paid with the remaining wages by the 15th of the following month.
If your partial payment is less than 50%, even though you have worked at least the time agreed in your employment contract, please contact us via the chat or click Submit a request.
Remaining Wages:
If your remaining wages on the 15th of the following month differ from the expected amount, please check your payslip first. You can find them in the app after your wages have been paid on the 15th of the following month by going to: Profile → My employment overview → Wage.
- Do the days or hours of your actual work match your payslip?
- Have any payroll taxes been deducted from your pay?
