If you have problems with the check in or check out, please make sure that:
- You have a stable network connection,
- You have enough data volume or maybe even WiFi.
If the problem persists, plase try the follwoing:
- Restart the app.
- Logging out of the app and in again.
- Check whether you have the latest version of the app installed and update the app if in doubt.
It is also important that you have turned off your night mode / do not disturb mode (Focus).
In exceptional cases, you can still check in and out up to 48 hours after your job. To do this, go to the Tasks section of the app as soon as you have a better network connection again and select the corresponding job.
