Please note: You can receive a maximum of 3 strikes. If you accumulate 3 strikes, your profile will be permanently deactivated, and you will no longer be able to book jobs through Zenjob.
If you’ve received a strike, it doesn’t stay forever. Working 5 consecutive shifts without any further breaches following a rule violation will result in the removal of one strike. All shifts worked after the affected shift will be counted. Please note that the counting of the shifts only begins from the date of the respective incident. The strike will be removed as soon as we have successfully confirmed your attendance for those 5 shifts. Important: Training shifts or shifts with a new incident do not count.
