You will receive your wages in two installments:
- The first payment, known as the advance payment, covers approximately 60% of your total salary for the initial three weeks. This payment will be issued by the end of the month, considering only the recorded working hours up to the payment date. If the first payment does not meet your expectations, we ask you to wait for the second (remaining) payment to complete the total amount. If there are any uncertainties or discrepancies between the complete payout and your expectations, please contact us for support.
- The remaining wages, after deductions for income tax, social security contributions, and the initial payment, as well as your payslip will be issued on the 15th of the following month.
