For the revolving door clause (Drehtürklausel), you will always be asked about your employers in the last 6 months when registering and also when reactivating. It is important to provide truthful information.
This has the following reason: If you have left an employer (it does not matter if you have been terminated or if you have terminated yourself), you cannot be deployed to the same company within the next 6 months within the framework of employee leasing. This is also stated again under point 7 in the employment contracts.
Here we act according to the Employee Leasing Act :
“Die im Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) enthaltene Drehtürklausel soll verhindern, dass Personal entlassen oder nicht weiter beschäftigt wird und anschließend, innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Ausscheiden als Leiharbeitskraft wieder im selben Unternehmen zu schlechteren Bedingungen eingesetzt wird.“
Translation: "The revolving door clause contained in the Temporary Employment Act (AÜG) is intended to prevent personnel from being dismissed or not being employed further and then, within six months of leaving as a temporary employee, being deployed again in the same company under worse conditions."
