For some jobs, you now receive your tips digitally displayed in the customer's corresponding rider or driver app.
At the end of the month, the company sends us a list of all the zenjobbers who have received tips. If the list is submitted on time, you will receive your tips with the remaining wages by the 15th of the following month.
In some cases, we may receive the tip lists late so that we are unable to pay you the tips with the remaining wages. You will receive the tip 2 weeks later.
Tips are paid tax-free and are therefore not taxable.
The tip amount is listed in the payslip. You can find your payslips in the app after your wages have been paid on the 15th of the following month by going to: Profile → My employment overview → Wage.
If you have received too few tips or no tips at all by the end of the month, please send us the email address you entered in the Riders or Drivers app. We will then request the tip for you from the company again, as we have no insight into the respective systems of our partner companies.
