The shift times for a booked job are specified and you can view them in your respective work contract, as well as in the app.
Sometimes you may finish your work earlier than planned or the workload is simply less than planned and you have nothing more to do. If the company sends you home early in such a case, please contact us via the chat or click on Submit a request.
Important: When checking out, please always enter the time at which you actually stopped working. If you are sent home earlier, however, the check-out function will usually only be activated at the scheduled end of work.
If other regulations regarding the actual working time were communicated in advance, e.g. via a separate mail or in the job description, the case described above does not apply. In this case, you will only be paid for the actual working time, which we will check with the respective company.
