If you have not checked in for a shift, we will contact you within 48 hours and ask you to do so or inform us of the reason for your no-show for your shift.
If you do not respond, we will block payment for the shift in question and temporarily block your profile for new job offers.

Please check your email inbox and your spam folder. We have already contacted you about this.
Have you completed your shift?
Catch up on your check-in and check-out and enter your actual times worked in the app. Then contact us via the Contact Support button so that we can pay out your shift and reactivate your profile. Without you contacting us, your profile will remain unavailable for job offers.
If you have problems with checking in and out or no longer see the task, please provide us with the following information using the Submit a request button: Shift date, start and end time of your shift + break time.
