Have you received a confirmation email regarding a data change without having edited your data yourself?
If so, it is possible that third parties can access your account.
Possible signs of this would be:
- You have received a confirmation email to change your data without having changed your data yourself beforehand.
- The personal data in your Zenjob app differs from your own data.
In these cases, please follow our tips to protect yourself and your data:
- You can update your data yourself in your Zenjob app. If your email address has changed, please update it directly in your Zenjob app before changing your password. You can find instructions here: How can I change my data?
- Change your password in your Zenjob app. Log out of the app and click on “Passwort vergessen” on the login screen and reset your password.
- If you have problems with steps 1 and 2, you can reach us via the Submit a request option on this page.
Please note: If you use the same combination of password and email address for other services, we recommend that you change your access data there too.
