Our Zenjob chat allows you to communicate directly with the companies you have been booked for, quickly and easily ask questions about your shift, and inform them of anything they may need to know.
As soon as you have been booked for a shift, a chat is automatically created with the company.
You can find the chat in your app under Profile → Chat with a company. Please make sure that you have downloaded the latest version of the app.
You can use it for the following purposes:
- Clarification of specifics about the shift, including the meeting point or dress code
- Support if there is no contact person on site
- To inform the company if you are running late for your shift
Please note, however, that as your employer, you must inform us of your lateness. Informing the partner company is not sufficient.
