We place the highest value on punctuality, so it is important that you always show up for your job at the specified time.
However, if you are running late, please note the following:
- Please inform us in writing as soon as possible about your delay, by clicking on Submit a request or use the chat.
- Let us know how much later you will arrive for your shift.
- You can also inform the company about your delay via the Zenjob chat.
Please note, however, that depending on the extent of your delay and the reason for it, you may receive a strike.

By applying for a shift, we assume that you will start it on time. Delays and the resulting complications in the workflow can lead to a loss of trust from our partner companies, which means we may be able to offer fewer jobs.
