A reliable, professional and smooth operation with our customers for us is crucial, which is why we have further developed our strike system, which forms the basis for documenting and dealing with any misconduct. At the same time we want to be as fair as possible to our talents, especially those starting out new with us.
In general one can receive a maximum of three strikes for misconduct at Zenjob. After this your profile will be permanently deactivated and you will not be able to book any further shifts.
