When can you apply for jobs and complete your registration?
- After you have answered the registration questions, you can continue with your registration as soon as you have applied for a job.
- Jobs can be displayed in three colors:
- Green: Ready to Apply → You can apply directly.
- Blue: Verify German to Apply → Enter your German language skills. You can then apply if your language skills match the job.
- Lila: Open for Application Soon → This job is not yet open, but will be available soon.
- Please be patient if the job offers are continuing to be displayed as Open for Application Soon. In some cases, it may take some time before a suitable job is available for you.
- Only apply for jobs that you can actually do.
Your documents have been rejected?
- You have received an explanatory email from us regarding the rejection. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

You have new documents and want to upload them?
- If you have received a new residence permit or certificate of enrollment and would like to upload it to your app, please contact us via the Submit a request button, via chat or reply directly to the email you received from us.
You cannot complete the verification for the digital signature?
There may be several reasons for this:
- You need a valid identity document that meets the technical security requirements of the European Union's Public Online Register of Authentic Identity and Travel Documents (PRADO).
- Your data in our system must match the data on your ID card.

You are receiving an error message when you try to sign the general agreement?
- Please contact us via the Submit a request-button or via chat and send us a screenshot of the error message.
Would you like to change your personal data?
Please note which step of the registration process you are currently in:
You have not yet applied for a job.
- It is not yet possible to change your data. Only after you have applied for a job will the sign-up be started, and your data transferred to our system.
You have already applied for a job.
- To change your personal data, please complete our online form.
You want to change your employment city?
- You can do this in your Zenjob App at any time. Simply go to:
Profile → Edit personal details → Employment city
Has it been 6 months since you registered?
