If you would like to terminate your general agreement we are of course very sorry. There is no cancellation period so you can cancel at any time.
A written notice of termination is not necessary to terminate the general agreement, as you are employed by Zenjob as a short-term employee and are therefore only under contract when you are actually doing a job.
If you want to terminate your contract with Zenjob or delete your data, you have two options:
1. Use the appropriate link for your request. The links only work on a device with the Zenjob app installed.
- General agreement termination form – for terminating your contract
- Leaving Zenjob form – for deleting your data
2. Request termination or deletion directly in your Zenjob app under:
- Profile → Settings → Terminate general agreement
- Profile → Settings → Request account deletion
Please make sure that your desired leaving date is not in the past or more than 1 month in the future.
Once you have requested data deletion, you must confirm this separately by email. We will then process your deletion request.
Please note:
The request for contract termination/data deletion does not replace a shift cancellation in the app.
However, if you still have future shifts booked, you must complete them or cancel them in the app by the deadline. On the other hand, the processing date of the contract termination or data deletion will be delayed to the day after your last open shift.

If you have completed at least one shift at Zenjob, we are legally obliged to keep your personnel file for at least 3 years. If you have only booked one shift but never completed it, we will delete your data.
