How do I receive my payslips (Lohnabrechnung) at Zenjob?
Zenjob automatically creates a payslip (Lohnabrechnung) for every calendar month in which you’ve worked at least one job with us.
You can find your payslips in the app after your remaining wages have been paid on the 15th of the following month by going to: Profile → My employment overview → Wage
What information is included in the payslip (Lohnabrechnung)?
- an overview of your completed shifts and hours
- your gross and net wages
- income tax (Lohnsteuer) and other deductions withheld

Will I receive an annual income tax certificate from Zenjob?
No. We only issue a payslip if you actually worked in that month.
This means you will not receive an annual income tax certificate – only the payslips for the months you were actively working.
