If your job takes place in more than four business days, you can order your safety equipment to be delivered to your home free of charge via our online shop.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days and will extend the delivery time. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
Your job takes place within the next three business days:
If your job is already taking place within the next three business days, please buy your safety shoes yourself at a hardware store or a specialized shop.

You no longer wish to work jobs that require safety equipment?
If you have received safety shoes and decide against accepting jobs with safety shoes, you can only return them if the shoes are unused and in perfect condition.
Your ordered safety equipment won't arrive in time for your shift?
Please purchase the required equipment yourself at a hardware store or a specialized shop. You can find the instructions and the amount of the refund here. You can return the late-arriving equipment to us afterwards. Please contact us via email or chat to do so.
Important: Your booked shift is binding. Canceling can have a negative impact on your account.
