Documents for the identity verification

During your registration, you will go through various steps in order to receive job offers from us.

1. Download the app
2. Create your account 
   → Verify your email address and mobile number. Please note that only European mobile numbers can be verified.
3. Pick a job
4. Verify the required skills
5. Sign the general agreement
   → Enter your personal data, upload your documents and verify your identity to activate your digital signature.
6. Done – you applied for your first job

Please note that you will need valid ID documents for this. Provisional documents cannot be accepted by our service provider IDNow.

For European nationals:

• Identity card
• Passport

For some countries, only passports are currently supported. You can find a list of these countries here: https://www.zenjob.com/de/id-anforderungen

For nationals outside the EU:

• Electronic residence title (eAT)
• Passport
  (It is important for this ID document that the passport also meets the necessary security requirements. You can find more information on this here: https://www.zenjob.com/de/id-anforderungen)
• Citizens from Switzerland do not need a residence title and can verify themselves with an identity card/passport.

After completing your video identification, you can then simply sign your contracts digitally in the app.
