Your employment at Zenjob is based on clear collective bargaining and legal regulations. Here you'll find the most important aspects of your contract at a glance:
Collective Agreement & Contract Duration
- GVP Collective Agreement: Your employment contract is based on the general collective agreement of the GVP (German Association of Personnel Service Providers). This ensures defined standards and fair working conditions.
- Contract Duration: As a rule, we enter into a 12-month contract with you. This period is independent of how long your actual assignment at a partner company is initially planned for.
Vacation and Sick Leave
Some entitlements only apply after a statutory waiting period:
- Vacation Entitlement: You start accumulating vacation days from day one. You can first take paid vacation after completing your first 4 weeks (i.e. starting from week 5) of employment.
- Continued Payment of Wages During Illness: Your right to sick pay from Zenjob also starts from week 5 of your employment. If you fall ill during the first four weeks, your health insurance usually covers this period (sick pay).
Probation Period
- The probationary period defined in your contract is 6 months. This time helps both you and Zenjob evaluate whether the collaboration is a good long-term fit.
