A health certificate, also known as a “red card”, is a document from a Ministry of Health (Gesundheitsamt) or doctor that is required for working with food in the catering, hotel, sales or service sectors. It is therefore always an advantage when it comes to selecting job offers.

If you already have a health certificate, we can only update your profile after you have uploaded your document and completed the required follow-up instruction.
As soon as a job becomes available that requires a health certificate, you can upload it directly in the job details.
Please note:
After the initial issuance of the health certificate, the follow-up instruction must be completed within 3 months. From this follow-up instruction, the health certificate will be valid for 2 years. After 2 years, this can be extended by another 2 years through a further follow-up instruction.
As soon as you have uploaded your health certificate in the app, we will update your profile and send you a follow-up instruction certificate via email.
