You can easily apply for a certificate of conduct online via the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz) or in person at your local registration office (Meldebehörde). Detailed information is available here: How to get a certificate of good conduct
Please note: To apply for an extended certificate of good conduct, you’ll need a letter from us confirming that the application is required and that the legal conditions for issuing such a certificate are met. You can download this letter directly from the job description if the job requires an extended certificate.
You already have a certificate of good conduct?
The following criteria must be met for us to accept your certificate of good conduct:
- It must not be older than 3 months at the time of submission
- There must be no entries on it
If all criteria are met, then you can easily upload your certificate of good conduct via the app: Profile → My Documents → Required → Add new document → Certificate of conduct.
