If you have problems uploading your health certificate, please repeat the course.
To do so, please complete the following steps:
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Zenjob app.
- Upload your health certificate via an active job offer.
- Start the follow-up instruction and answer all questions.
- Click on Complete.
- Done!
Another tip: If you are using an older Android version (11 or older), the upload will only work if you set Google Chrome as your default browser.
