We only deactivate your account if you have proven to be unreliable or if we have not received a response from you regarding an important request.
We will always inform you of the exact reason for the deactivation via email. Please check your inbox as well as your spam folder.

You naturally have the opportunity to share your perspective on the incident that led to the deactivation. To do this, please use the appeal function directly in your app. Go to Profile → My conduct overview and click Appeal next to the relevant misconduct.
If the appeal function is not available, we have already discussed this case with you in advance via email and made a final decision.
Please do not create a new account with a different email address. Otherwise, we reserve the right to delete all your user accounts and to invoice an expense allowance of EUR 50.
