Fluency in German is not strictly required to work at Zenjob, although some job offers do require a certain level of German skills.
Once you've created your profile, you can apply to any job that interests you. For jobs labeled “Verify German to Apply,” you’ll need to verify your German skills before your application can be completed.
You have the following options:
- Take the German skill test.
- Upload a German certificate.
Possible references could be:
- A letter from a language school with the result of the placement test
- Proof of completed studies in Germany (in German)
- A certificate of the assessment test from a Studienkolleg
- A certificate of the passed German Abitur
- A language certificate
Please note that a certificate of “confirmation of participation” is not considered a valid language certificate and must be rejected accordingly. It may take some time to check your certificate. Please have a little patience in this case.
