We want to enable as many people as possible to earn money in an uncomplicated way. Since you would be working at Zenjob as part of a short-term employment, certain legal requirements must be met.

There are various reasons why you cannot be employed by Zenjob, such as:
- You are studying at a university that is not recognized by the state.
- You are in a preparatory course.
- You are studying for a doctorate.
- You are studying part-time.
- You are currently in a semester of leave.
- You are a pupil registered in a school (i.e. not in higher education).
- You are receiving social benefits according to SGB II.
- You have already worked 70 days in short-term employment in the current calendar year. (Please note: a mini-job is not a short-term employment, but a marginal employment.)
- Your ID documents are not accepted for digital signatures. (See also: Documents for the identity verification)
The exact reason for rejection is always communicated by email. Please also check your spam folder.
Please do not create a new account with a different e-mail address. Otherwise, we reserve the right to delete all your user accounts and to invoice an expense allowance of EUR 50.
