To register successfully in the Zenjob app, follow the steps below so you can apply for your first job with just a few clicks:
- Download the app
- Create your profile
- Pick a job
- Verify the required skills
- Sign our general agreement
- Done – you applied for your first job
Please note that you can only continue with the sign-up after you have applied for a job.
If your sign-up takes a little longer, this may be for various reasons, depending on which stage of the registration process you are in. If we need more information, we will contact you by email. Please also check your spam folder.

In order to sign your general agreement digitally, you must verify your identity online. You will need valid identification documents for this process. You can find out more about this in our Help Center article: Documents for the identity verification
Please do not create a new account with a different email address. Otherwise, we reserve the right to delete all your user accounts and to invoice an expense allowance of EUR 50.
