If you are having problems completing your registration with Zenjob, this could be due to a number of reasons:
- You need the Zenjob app on your smartphone to register successfully.
What do I need the app for? - Please only use lower case letters when entering your e-mail address when signing up.
- Make sure you have the latest version of the Zenjob app. If you continue to have problems, please follow the steps in our article:I have a problem with the app. What should I do?
- Before you can start the registration process, you need to apply for a job. As we offer our jobs to our existing users first, it may take some time before you see a suitable job. Please be patient and check your Zenjob app regularly.
- Please see if you can verify your identity documents for our online identification: Documents for the identity verification
- Check your email inbox and also your spam folder in case we require more information from you to process your registration. Please note the requirements for employment with Zenjob: Do I need any special requirements if I want to work at Zenjob?
In case of further problems, please refrain from registering again with a different e-mail address. Otherwise, we reserve the right to delete all your user accounts and to invoice an expense allowance of EUR 50.
