Why does Zenjob use AI calls?
Zenjob uses AI-supported calls to process applications faster and more efficiently. This way, we can ask important questions right after you express your interest, without making you wait for a callback. We use the third-party service telli technologies GmbH for these calls.
Can I choose whether I want to take part in the AI call?
Yes. At the beginning of the call, you will be asked if you agree to speak with an AI agent. If you stay on the line, the conversation will begin automatically. If you prefer not to participate, someone from our team will contact you personally at a later time. The timing will depend on the availability of our team.
How long does the AI call take?
The call usually takes about 5–15 minutes.
What kind of questions are asked?
The goal is to check whether your availability matches the part-time offer, and to clarify any open questions about the job and the Zenjob Code of Conduct. We want to make sure that both sides are clear on expectations and that you can confidently commit to the job.
What data does Zenjob receive and process?
After your call, we receive a written summary containing just the most relevant information. You can find all other details on how your answers and the audio recording are processed in our Privacy Policy.
Who decides whether I get the job?
The final decision is always made by a human team member. If there are any open questions after the call, one of our team members will contact you by phone again.
What happens if I don’t get the job?
If things don’t work out this time, the transcript of your call will be automatically deleted after six months at the latest.
