Zenjob offers jobs in a short-term employment with a general agreement.
The social security contributions are not applicable for both employer and employee, but the tax liability remains.
In short-term employment you also do not have a permanent employment contract. You are only under contract for the time of your job or shift. Therefore, there is an individual employment contract for each job.
Why do I have to send Zenjob a contract for every job?
In a short-term job, you decide how often you work, and therefore how much you earn per month. The only restriction is that you may not work more than a total of 70 days in a calendar year or within a general agreement.
