When you commit to a job, you will receive a push notification (if allowed in your cell phone settings) to check in and out about 15 - 30 minutes before the job starts and ends.
Without push notifications, open your Zenjob app to check in and out:
Go to My jobs → Booked→ select the current job → Check-in and Check-out
If you have a problem with your internet connection, you might not receive the push notification. In this case, you can also inform us of your working hours later in the app using the "Tasks" function.
The check-in and check-out times must always correspond to your actual working hours.
Please note:
- Check in at your actual start time
- if you have taken a break: enter this break
- check out at the time you actually finish work
If we do not receive any check-in and/or check-out times from you, we will contact you separately by email. In this case, please reply directly to the email sent previously.
