In this article, we’ll explain the reasons why your framework agreement may expire.
Here are the reasons:
Your general agreement expired after on year.
You are employed by Zenjob on a short-term basis. This means that your general agreement with Zenjob is valid for one year after which you take the legally required break of two months. After the two month break you will receive a new general agreement and you can start working with Zenjob again.
You have already reached the 70 days within the general agreement.
In this case the agreement expires as well, and the mandatory break of two months starts.
You have already worked 70 days in the calendar year.
In this case, your general agreement will also be terminated, but unfortunately you can then only start again on 01.01. of the next calendar year.
You asked for the termination of the general agreement on your own initiative.
There are no deadlines to be met for this. After termination of the general agreement, the legally mandatory break of two months starts. You can therefore only conclude a new general agreement again after at least two months.
It is not possible to split or shorten the break. The two months are a minimum, you can also wait longer before starting again.
By the way, you can find everything you need to know about rejoining Zenjob in the follwoing article: I want to start again at Zenjob. What do I have to do?
