The accessibility section is standard in a classic temporary employment agency where the temporary worker has signed a longer employment contract. Should a shorter assignment (= non-employment) occur during the duration of this employment contract, the temporary employment agency would be obliged to continue paying the wage stipulated in the contract. During this period, the temporary employment agency will look for new employment for the employee. The employee must be ready during this period in the event that his temporary employment agency finds new employment for him.
However, this case practically does not occur with us for the reason that you do not sign employment contracts of such a long duration with us. You sign employment contracts in the sense of the aforementioned regulation only for the respective job, which will usually last only one day. For legal reasons, we have to write this in the contracts, but the point does not apply to us for the aforementioned reason.
In the meantime, i.e. between two assignments, you do not have to make yourself available, nor do we call you and tell you that you have to work!
