If you have canceled a shift due to illness, we will need proof of this from you. If you are on sick leave for several days, cancel each affected shift in the app in good time so that we can find a replacement for these shifts.
You can enter your sick note (AU) or the details of the electronic sick note (eAU) directly in the Zenjob app when canceling your job or submit the details later.
Option 1: Submission when canceling your shift:
- In the Zenjob App, go to the shift affected by your illness.
- Scroll to the end of the shift and select Cancel Booking.
- Confirm the cancellation and select Illness as the reason for cancellation.
- Choose between one of the follwoing options:
- Printed sick note from a public health insurance (AU), private prescription (Privatrezept), or any sick note from a private insurance, Teleclinic or dentist
- Upload a photo or scan of your sick note and enter the exact dates.
- Electrinic sick note / elektronische Krankschreibung (eAU) from a public health insurance
- Enter the exact start and end date of your sick note, as well as your health insurance.
Option 2: Submission after the cancellation of your shift:
- In the Zenjob App, go to your Profile.
- Scroll to My conduct overview.
- Click on Submit a sick note.
- Choose between one of the follwoing options:
- Printed sick note from a public health insurance (AU), private prescription (Privatrezept), or any sick note from a private insurance, Teleclinic or dentist
- Upload a photo or scan of your sick note and enter the exact dates.
- Electrinic sick note / elektronische Krankschreibung (eAU) from a public health insurance
- Enter the exact start and end date of your sick note, as well as your health insurance.
We will take care of everything else for you. Always make sure to enter all data correctly. You will receive two strikes for uploading an invalid or incorrect sick note.
