Your booked shift is binding – if you have been booked for a shift, you must show up, even if you haven't digitally signed the employment contract yet.
If you cancel your shift after it has started or don’t show up at all, we consider this a no-show.
A no-show is a sign of unreliability. According to our rules, unexcused absence or canceling after the shift has started will result in the permanent deactivation of your Zenjob account. As a company, we must be extremely strict about reliability because stort-term jobs can be very difficult to re-staff.
If there is a valid reason why you were unable to start your shift, please let us know by using the appeal feature in your app. To do so, go to Profile → My conduct overview and click Appeal next to the relevant misconduct.
