Employment alongside Zenjob is possible. Examples such as mini-job, working student job, internship or tutoring are all no problem.
Therefore, if you want to take up another employment, a resignation is not necessarily required.
Please note:
We need the following information from you if you are going to accept further employment, which you can provide via the chat or click on Submit a request:

20 hour rule
The 20 hour rule might be relevant for students. During the semester, you can work a maximum of 20 hours a week in addition to your studies, and up to 40 hours during the lecture-free period.
To be on the safe side, always check in with your health insurance provider regarding your total working hours, as each one handles this a bit differently.

Change of tax class
Since you have to specify a tax class with each employer and you cannot choose a main tax class with two or more, it would be reasonable to find out about your current tax classes with all employers and have them changed if necessary.

Break
Alternatively, you have the option of taking a break from your general agreement with Zenjob at any time. If you want to terminate your general agreement, please fill out our general agreement termination form using your mobile phone with installed Zenjob app or in your app under Profile → Settings → Request general agreement cancellation.
Please note, however, that you can only receive a new general agreement after the two-month break.
