If you no longer see “instant booking” jobs, it may be because you have not consistently followed our Code of Conduct in the last 6 months.
We are also improving our matching so that quality and experience count even more. That's why jobs often stay visible longer before they are booked - so you can see more jobs in your feed.
This also means that “instant booking” jobs will only be activated if the job takes place at short notice.
You have higher chances of being booked for jobs at locations where you have already worked and that are taking place shortly.
