Here you will find out why you are currently only seeing job offers from a specific partner company or a specific job category.
Seeing jobs from only one partner company is usually due to an application for a medium-term collaboration starting with a training shift, where you work exclusively for this company. If only jobs from one job category are shown, this is often due to a candidate pool that you joined during registration.
Why do I only see jobs from one company?
If you suddenly only see shifts from a single employer, it is usually because of your last application.
- You probably applied for a job that is designed for a medium-term collaboration (usually 2–3 months).
- With these jobs, you start with a training shift. As soon as you have successfully completed this, you will be assigned to this partner company.
- To guarantee a smooth onboarding and planning process, you will be deployed exclusively at this company during this period. Other individual jobs will be hidden from you in the meantime so that you can fully concentrate on this assignment.
Why do I only see jobs from one job category?
Do you only see jobs from a certain job category (e.g., only logistics or only hospitality)? This is usually because of a candidate pool.
- If you chose a specific candidate pool directly during your registration, our system prioritizes these jobs for you. Your selection is then temporarily limited to this category so that you can quickly and specifically find jobs in your desired job category.
- You can find more information here: Why should I join a candidate pool?
